Rite-Angle BuddyTM
(for non-flap equipped aircraft only)
Under development for several years, the Rite-Angle Buddy offers the same accuracy that the Rite-Angle Companion offers, without the advanced features or the additional cost. The buddy comes without audio or flap correction. The vane installs outside the aircraft on the wing or fuselage as is the case on all previous Rite-Angle Systems products. The LED indicators are connected to the electronics and are a single integrated system. A wiring harness connects the electronics to the vane.
Go through a simple callibration process and with the "Rite-Angle Buddy" operating, you now have enhanced your situational awareness and overall safety.

Rite-Angle CompanionTM
The "Rite-Angle Companion" comes as 'easy to assemble parts' and installs in a straight forward manner. The vane installs outside the aircraft on the wing or fuselage. The electronics box installs inside the cockpit. The LED indicator installs on the dash. A wiring harness connects all the components together.
Now fire it up and go through a simple calibration process. With the "Rite-Angle Companion" operating, you have now enhanced your situational awareness and overall safety, enjoy audio warning and flap correction. Cabin Power System
With newer aircraft having a 28 V electrical systems and older aircraft not having a cigarette lighter, the possibility of plugging in your personal portable electronic devices such as laptop computers, CD players, hand-held GPS units and backup radios to keep from depleting the internal batteries is no longer an impossible feat. The Cabin Power System provides a 12V outlet in the cabin.
The Cabin Power System is currently STC-PMA'd for Cessna 172, 182, and 206 models. The system is shipped complete with a Flight Manual Supplement, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, and an Installation Manual in hard copies and on a CD-ROM. It can also be installed on other aircraft under a field approval.
Position Indicator PI-1 (For wing flaps, cowl flaps, spoilers, etc.)
Once installed, the Position Indicator informs the pilot that the airplanes flaps, cowl flaps and/or spoilers are positioned where they should be. By indicating the exact current position of the flap or spoiler at all times you have extra help in the cockpit. LED's indicate travel up and down for open and closed positions. The set up is easy, utilizing a simple calibration process.
Trim position Indicator TPI-1
Once installed, the Trim Position Indicator informs the pilot that the airplanes trim system is operational. It also indicates the exact current position of the trim tab at all times. LED's indicate travel up and down for the trim. Each LED indicates 10% of the travel of the trim tab.
The set up is easy, Press the button three times, once at full up trim, once at full down trim and once at center or take-off trim. The software divides the LED's into 10 equal segments. Trim up, the LED's tell your trim is exactly. Trim down, again, the LED's tell you the story. At full trim deflection, you know from the lights that you are there.
